From A — Aim High and B — Be Brave to N — Never Give Up and Y — You Matter, each letter gives children a positive message to carry with them—along with a fun movement activity that gets their bodies moving.
Designed by a pediatric and school-based occupational therapist, the activities incorporate a variety of movements that support balance, coordination, body awareness, crossing midline, motor planning, calming, and regulation.
Movements are simple enough for preschoolers to follow while still being engaging and age-appropriate for students through approximately third grade.
The path includes 26 individual wall decals, sized at 9.5” x 14” each, allowing schools and early learning programs to arrange the alphabet in a straight line, stagger the pieces down a hallway, divide them between multiple spaces, or create a layout that works for their unique environment.
