The Regulation Station Path is an OT-designed, 3ft x 10ft portable sensory path that guides students through four color-coded feeling zones and one celebratory finish — building self-awareness, self-regulation, and emotional intelligence with every use.
Simply roll it out in your hallway, classroom, counseling office, or calm-down corner and watch students transform. No installation needed — just unroll and go!
The 5 activities:
🔴 STOMP IT OUT — Students stomp on flame graphics five times, releasing big feelings through heavy proprioceptive input before moving forward.
🟡 SHAKE IT OUT — Students wiggle and shake their hands and feet, releasing excess energy and calming an overstimulated nervous system.
🔵 RISE UP SPIRAL — Students walk slowly inward and outward along a spiral path, gently waking up a low-energy body and lifting their mood.
🟢 STEADY & STRONG — Students perform cross crawls — elbow to opposite knee — activating both sides of the brain and preparing for focused learning.
⭐ STAR POWER JUMP — Students jump on growing stars from smallest to largest — a celebratory gross motor burst that ends the path on a high note!
