The Steps to Success Portable Path is an OT-designed, 3ft x 10ft rollable sensory path that guides students through four purposeful movement activities — building focus, perseverance, kindness, patience, and respect with every step.
Simply roll it out in your hallway, classroom, counseling office, or calm-down corner and watch students transform. No installation, no admin approval, no disruption — just roll it out and go!
The 4 activities:
👣 RESPECT — {Tiptoe Footprints} Students tiptoe softly on each footprint as quietly and gently as possible — feather light from one end to the other. Respect means moving with care for everyone around you!
🪨 PERSEVERE — {Stepping Stones} Students step from stone to stone — both feet landing on each stone before moving forward. Keep going even when it feels hard — that's what perseverance means!
⏸️ PATIENT — {Jump Targets with Pause} Students jump with both feet on each jump target — stopping completely at each pause circle, counting to three, then jumping again. Patience is a superpower!
❤️ KIND — {Hop on Hearts} Students hop on each heart with alternating feet — landing softly and gently on every one. Kind feet are gentle feet!
